This IoT pilot project in Nanjing Jiangbei New District targets the full interconnection of all assets within the power system.The project establishes a comprehensive power distribution IoT architecture covering Cloud, Network, Edge and Terminal layers. Step-by-step retrofits are carried out on substations, transformers, low-voltage branch boxes, meter boxes and other field equipment to realize full collection and full control of power data across low-voltage and medium-voltage networks, paired with real-time data interaction with the cloud master station.The ultimate objectives lie in realizing universal connectivity of power assets, elevating power supply reliability, accelerating fault response speed and upgrading the intelligent level of operation and maintenance activities.
